These stands do NOT have a double locking pawl. They don't have any lock--only a screw retainer to keep the arm from coming all the way out of the stand (this is a metal tab you bend inward on other models). The above description is probably for Torin T12002A, which are the same stands but with a metal pin that stops the lever from releasing the arm.

The stands are presumably identical otherwise and are solidly built, but I specifically bought this version because of the double lock in the description.
