12' x 14' Olive Drab 16 oz Canvas Tarpaulin Review

I used instant-up gazebos for shade on my side patio, replacing the tops annually as the hot sun destroys them. This summer record hot days destroyed the plastic tops mid-summer so I decided to try canvas. I was surprised they were so heavy. I am a 75 yr. old female and was worried that I couldn't install them alone; it wasn't as hard as anticipated. Reusable Velco zip ties helped; they are removable and adjustable. Once they were up I noticed they were thinner at the fold lines but still looked sturdy. As they aren't designed for gazebo tops, and would never have been noticed if used as intended instead as a roof I didn't delete a star. Time will tell how well they hold up. If they last 2 summers I will definitely continue to order them. Only complaint is size 12 x 12 not available.
