This 3-piece extension is great for directing the wash stream in those far away, or tight spaces. You'll need strong shoulders and back though since the wand is a bit awkward and heavy in use.

Nine feet is pretty long and each piece is about 3 feet long. It's a bit of a chore to assemble the 3 pieces since they are heavy and must be aligned properly to screw them into place.

Once assembled, it is a reasonably rigid pole. It has considerable weight so holding it to reach up high gets a tiring after only a few minutes. I can't fault the product for this. I can't see the wand being any lighter and still remain strong so I think the manufacturer made the right choices.

If you are trying to get up high for cleaning eaves and gutters and such on a regular basis, this is an excellent tool to add to your collection.
