This is really a substantial, well-made watering can. I expect to get many years of use out of it. That said, it is also very heavy when full of water, so if you have problems lifting heavy items, this size may not be the one for you. I typically fill it 1/2-3/4 full...the water doesn't spill out the top opening, and that is usually enough water for the job I'm doing.

The double handles are extremely useful. I only wish it had a "stem" to place the brass rose when not in use.
