This works well. Heavy duty, stretches easy to about 15 ft. Didnt need to stretch it out all the way because I purchased two. I got one used for $60, and it didnt look like it was ever used. The picture shows it with a black belt, but both of mine came with rope. Thats why I didnt give it 5 stars. Other than that it serves its purpose.
