I also ordered a 2.5' tree from this same company and was disappointed to find that it had yellow lights for the trunk and blue lights on the leaves and not the "AMBER TRUNK". When I unpacked the box I was disappointed to find yellow lights on the trunk and blue lights on the leaves. So along with the other 2.5' tree I had to contact Amazon / EEZ RV to return these products.

I wish I could tell you that returning these products was easy... but it wasn't. EEZ RV sends me an email with a return label and instructions. Not only do I have to pay to return these products but they also only provide a PO Box which means it can only be shipped via the US postal service.

So I spent approximately $125. for 2 lighted palm trees that weren't as described and now I've spent another $90. for the return shipment costs. What̵7;s wrong with this picture?? I'm very unhappy with EEZ RV and their products.
