I thought I was getting a bargain. What I got was a cheap bench. Mine also arrived missing a part that is still in transit from DC America. They did not seem surprised when I called. The wood was clearly not prepared to survive outdoor conditions and I had to fight the pieces to get the screw holes to line up. I gave it a few coats of black varnish and now I do really like what I've got. If you're willing to treat the wood and curse a bit while putting it together, it's still a decent buy.
