DC America TWH101-BR Towel Holder, Bronze Review

We were happy to receive the Towel Holder we ordered and it looks great assembled on our pool patio. However, we were very dissapointed with the packaging (styrofoam and box) - so flimsy that the heavy base crushed the styrofoam and the parts nearly broke free during shipping. Metal poles scrapped against each other resulting in scratches. We almost sent it back but have decided that we'll live with the scratches, as if they occurred under normal use. Additionally, the small screws which are used to hold the two poles together are not rust-proof! We've had the Towel Holder outside for a week now, and we can see the rust forming in the screws. That's plain dumb. I will try to match up the screws at Home Depot with same size rust-proof and paint the heads black.

Also ordered one of these at same time as a gift for our son and he reported similar packing issues.

I hope the seller is monitoring these reviews and takes the simple steps necessary to improve in these areas
