First ... this is a light bulb from Europe, and REQUIRES voltage equal to that which comes out of walls in Europe -- if you live in the US, the voltage will be insufficient to power this bulb. Get a step-up voltage converter so that the bulb will turn on. If you choose to buy the bulb without getting what you need to power it, and it doesn't turn on, don't blame the company. I would be surprised if the company continues to sell it to the vapid and apparently illiterate Americans who cannot read, and likely keep buying, complaining and returning.

Second, decent customer service and excellent packing. The bulb arrived intact, although the voltage converter from Amazon did not.
