Temprid SC Insecticide 400ml BA1015 Review

This product was recommended as one of only a few insecticides that are proven effective on bedbugs by the University of Kentucky Department of Entomology bedbug website. However, upon trying the product on a moderate bedbug infestation (limited to one bedroom), I found the results unsatisfactory. I started with the recommended full strength dose of 16 ml/gal and found that after three days it only affected fully mature bugs. I sprayed another full strength dose at seven days and found that it was still mainly affecting the fully mature bugs. After two weeks, almost all of the adult bugs were gone, but many immature (translucent) bugs survived. It has been over two months now and I still have a few bedbugs that I am trying to get rid of. Mainly, I have been going to the room every night with a flashlight and squashing and bugs I see. I have been down to seeing one bug every other day for the past two weeks.

For the money, I hoped this product would have been a complete solution to bedbugs, but it is not. It does a great job at initial knockdown, but it is not very effective at getting rid of young bedbugs. On a positive note, the product will make 25 gallons of full strength solution, which is quite a lot.
