The adjustable slide failed to close halfway through fertilizing my lawn. Removed remaining fertilizer in the hopper and discovered material had gotten wedged along each side of the adjustable slide. After I removed the wedged material, I could see there was a gap on each side of the slide that would allow material to become trapped. I refilled the hopper and tried it again, but it failed just as before.
Save your money and purchase a different brand. This one is junk.

This cover is easy to cut to size. We don't have to add water nearly as often, and our pool heating costs have gone down considerably. When water evaporate, it takes a lot of heat from the water (as I remember for physics long ago, 540 calories per gram evaporated!) so stopping evaporation when the pool is not is use is good for our budget and the environment! Remington RM1635W 16-Inch 12-Amp Electric Chain Saw Review

I just used this little chain saw to take down a large tree (well, large in my book ...). These chain saws are always 'advertised' and 'meant' to be used only for small trees (maybe 3"-4"), and trimming and pruning. I had a tree with about a 12" diameter trunk that I had to take down after the recent hurricane. I bought this puppy, and the tree was horizontal on the ground within about a half hour. Another 2 hours or so of cutting it into bite-sized pieces and chucking them into the woods, and I was done.This chain saw went way beyond my expectations. I always figured that an electric chain saw would bog down at the first opportunity. It didn't even come close. I was careful to take smaller chunks out, wedges, to make a large kerf, than maybe I woul dhave if I had had a large gas-powered chain saw. But this wasn't always possible, and it did fine anyway. Also, I did use it to cut directly through all of the main branches, many of which were 6" or 8" in diameter. Same thing - went through like a charm. And this was all with a very old 50-foot extension cord, so the load from that didn't affect it either.The auto-oiler seemed to work. I filled the reservoir about half way, and it emptied over time, so I did it again, and it used most of it up. But, then again, I was pitting this little chain saw against more than it was designed for, so the oil was probably sorely needed. And this did beat having to manually pump a button for oil, which my last chain saw required.If I needed to buy this again, I definitely would. My experience in hopes that it might help someone:

I bought a house a few years back with a pool but it had not run for years. This year I invested money into it & had it repaired, painted, & filled with water. So after a few uses & running the pump/filter I noticed that the dirt was being shot right back through the pool return ports. After much research it turned out to be that the filter grids inside the filter were old & torn.

I have a Hayward ProGrid Model DE3620 filter & so I bought these filter replacement & they slid in perfectly. Keep in mind that this was my first time doing this & though I needed an extra hand just to keep the grids upright while I attached the top manifold, it was pretty easy. After, I added the D.E. powder through the skimmer as instructed & it was good to go.

So I've been running the pump/filter for weeks now & my pool has been crystal clear! Wanted to mention that shipping was very fast & so far it has been a great product & for a very good price. Now I'm ready for the summer!
