The pump is nice while it works. I used mine for about 18 month before it failed. I contacted the company, and was told that it is only designed to last for about a year. They only offer a 12 month warranty. The company is not interested in offering a replacement, they seem to think I got my use out of it.

I am now shopping for a replacement. There are many available for similar price with 3 times the warranty. Tetra seems to get good reviews.
