I like concept of this box - something basket looking, water proof, and pretty to use as a side table.
BUT the lid is a poor design. It is not attached/hinged and doesn't even really fit down on it well. It warps up a bit at the corners, and I have to set something on the lid to keep the wind from blowing it away.
Our chair cushions fit nicely in it and it keeps them dry - even in a heavy storm. Just wish the lid was hinged.

The wood smelled so good we did not want to take it outside to work on. It is beautiful, and the pieces fit together without any shoving. The only reason for the missing star is the effort it took to screw it together, best done with a electric tools which precluded it from being constructed in site at our house.

For those who purchase more than one, as we did, we found huge plus in the ability to configure the pieces into a small low bed for herbs close to the kitchen and a large taller one -- 12' long -- for a more substantial vegetable bed, out of sight of the house.
