We ordered this, along with the matching mailbox. Getting the thing cemented in the ground was a bit of an ordeal but now that it is installed, it is super sturdy and looks great. The bolts to screw into the mailbox were missing so we called the 800 number included in the packaging. Customer service was very helpful and we received the new hardware in 2 days.
