This doormat is one of the best that I have ever bought. It sits at the inside entrance of our house most often used by two adults and two large dogs. We have just had one of the snowiest and wet spells in a long time and this doormat lived up to its 'waterhog' name. The features that make this a good product are:
1. It keeps water IN the mat but the water dries very quickly.
2. The mat does not feel wet even when it is because the pile is high enough
3. You can vacuum it easily and you can even hose it clean if you take it outside (it dries quickly after being hosed down).
4. It stays put because of small grippers on its backing. I place it on another carpet and it has never moved, unlike typical doormats.
I have bought much cheaper mats over the years and have always regreted doing so. I do not regret this purchase because it was a wise decision.

Florian Tools Mini Hand Lopper Review

I don't know why these are called "mini"--they have worked for many of my lopping needs.

I love, love, LOVE these loppers. They handle the branches my Florian pruners cannot. The ratcheting mechanism works very well to cut through branches easily and quickly, including that nasty wisteria that is so strong (and fast-growing). The coated grips are comfortable and hold up well. They are easy to position on branches and usually take one "click" to cut through the larger branches. IMNSHO, they are far superior to regular loppers.

Note that you can bring them to Florian sales at local county/state fairs and they will resharpen them for you for free. Super high quality and they stand behind their products. I just bought the ratcheting pruners for my mom, whose grip isn't what it used to be.
