This Beckett 600 gph pump is replacing a ten year old 600 gallon per hour Beckett pump. These are made of high quality and I am expecting another ten years of service. I did think they were made in the USA, but was disappointed to see they are now made in...... you guess it China. I am using the pump for a fountain and the lift from the pump to the top of the fountain is approx six feet. I also have a frog spitting water, the frog is 2.5 feet higher than the pump and about 5 feet away from the pump. This 600 gallon per hour pump runs both of these without a problem.
