First the positive: It worked pretty well and cut cleaning time quite a bit. It's cheap compared to professional surface cleaners and it seems somewhat durable overall. Now the negative: The problem I had was that it shredded the 2 plastic washers on whats called the 'trunk' (part #678546001), which is the part that goes under the plastic housing and is located inside the deck swivel assembly which holds the spray bars. The trunk started leaking heavily because of the damaged plastic washers. You can't order just the replacement plastic washers from the manufacturer and I didn't want to pay $20 for a new trunk after every use so I bought 2 new washers from a hardware store and modified them to replace the shredded ones and now the spray bar won't rotate at all. The older model of these had recalls because they would vibrate out of control and had caused lacerations to the users. This newer model is better but mine failed after only 1 use. This is a problem from the manufacturer and I am hoping they will work with me either by sending me a new trunk and/or other parts so that the problem is eliminated or by sending me a new unit as a complete replacement.
